In conjunction with Gymnastics South Australia ZigZag Circus is proud to present this visual spectacle of elite gymnastics and theatrical story-telling.
Written and directed by international artist, Alessandro Gavello, Cirque de Gymnastique combines the expertise of ZigZag Circus along with over a dozen gymnastics clubs to showcase an amazing array of talent.
Join a troubled script-writer as he struggles to fit so many amazing (but apparently unrelated) acts including aerial silks, trampoline, trapeze, beam, stilt walking and many others into a final, brilliant masterpiece. With a cast of over 50, the action never stops.
This is truly a family show. The content is suitable for all ages, tickets are inexpensive, the show is doesn't drag on (duration is approximately 50mins), the venue is outside the city and there is ample free parking. Cirque de Gymnastique is quite simply the easiest way to take the whole family out to see a great Adelaide Fringe Festival show.

The show is over. Thank-you to all who supported us through the huge amount of work that went into making this ambitious project work. The feedback from everyone who saw the show has been fantastic. For audience reviews of the show, check out the TalkFringe website. Cirque De Gymnastique was the second-highest rated show for the fringe - a truly amazing achievement considering the calibre of professional shows in this year's Fringe Festival. |
